Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the RAZE anti-cheat software and related services (the “Software”), operated by RAZE (“RAZE”, “we”, “us”). By purchasing, downloading, installing or using the Software you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
1. License
Subject to these Terms and payment of the applicable fee, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run one (1) instance of the Software on one (1) FiveM server that you own or operate, for the duration of your plan. A separate license is required for each additional server.
2. Restrictions
- You may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, lease or publish the Software or any part of it.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, deobfuscate, or attempt to extract the source code, except to the limited extent that applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.
- You may not remove or alter any license checks, copyright notices, or attribution.
- You may not share, leak, or publish your license key. Doing so terminates your license immediately and without refund.
- You may not use the Software to build, train, or improve a competing product.
3. Payment, licensing & term
Fees are shown at checkout and charged through our third-party payment processor. Subscription plans (monthly, quarterly) renew or expire according to the plan you select; a lifetime plan grants access for the operational lifetime of the product. Prices may change for future purchases. All sales are final — see our Refund Policy.
4. Updates & availability
We may provide updates to keep the Software working against new FiveM artifacts and new cheats. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will detect or block every cheat. Anti-cheat is adversarial and continuously evolving; the Software is provided as a best-effort tool, not a guarantee.
5. Acceptable use
You are responsible for configuring the Software and for the enforcement actions (warnings, kicks, bans) it takes on your server. You agree to use it only on servers you are authorized to operate, and in compliance with the FiveM / CFX Terms of Service and all applicable laws.
6. Disclaimer of warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAZE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PLAYERS, REVENUE OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms, including leaking your key or redistributing the Software, without refund. On termination you must stop using and remove the Software.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY / JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of [JURISDICTION].
