Privacy Policy

Effective date: 7 October 2026 · Last updated: 7 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what data RAZE (“we”, “us”), operated by RAZE, collects and how we use it, both on this website and through the RAZE anti-cheat software running on your server. We aim to collect the minimum necessary to operate the product.

1. Data we collect — website & account

2. Data processed by the anti-cheat on your server

When you run RAZE, it processes data about players on your server to perform its function (cheat detection and ban enforcement). This typically includes:

You are the data controller for your players’ data; RAZE acts as a processor providing the tooling. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and for informing your players (e.g. in your own server rules/privacy notice). The license key, server IP and detection counts may be sent to our licensing backend to validate the license and, if you enable the web panel, to display your dashboard.

3. Why we use data (purposes & basis)

4. Sharing

We share data only with processors needed to run the service: our payment provider, hosting/CDN (e.g. Cloudflare), and Discord (for support/community). We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

We keep account and billing data for as long as your license is active and as required for tax/legal reasons. Ban and detection data on your server are retained according to your configuration. You may request deletion of your account data as described below.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location (e.g. EEA/UK under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights contact us at contact@razeac.xyz. For data about players on a server you operate, contact that server’s operator (the controller).

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, rate limiting) to protect data. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Software and website are not directed to children under the age required by your local law to consent to data processing.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes are posted here with a new date.
